The Sambols asked Jones to look at a piece of Jackson, New Jersey. He told them the land was better than the plan. Metedeconk opened in 1987 as a small club with a championship course — 27 holes now, pines and marsh, twin greens, last light that turns the water gold. Evening Pair is that hour.
